That 70s Show - Formciotti. I still have love for Zenmasters, but these two were the reason why I wanted to watch this show from the beginning. They had my heart in Kiss of Death. They have such an undeniable and easy chemistry! And are just so comfortable together. They have their issues for sure (i.e. the ‘Donna deserves better than Eric’ trash, their horrible writing post s4, etc.) but they always manage to gravitate back towards one another.

That 90s Show - Gwikki obviously! They only had one episode centered around them but their chemistry was undeniable! And their morning after scene was so 🥰. Don’t even get me started on scrunchie gate! Need more of them in s2!

Shameless - Fiona/Jimmy! I know Jimmy gets lots of hate in the fandom but I loved him and he def went hard for Fiona. I love how they both basically raised the kids in the beginning together. As far as I’m concerned, they got back together post series and are now married and traveling.

Gossip Girl - Dan/Blair! I love enemies to lovers and their slow burn was amazing! They were both at the happiest with each other imo and I hate the way they ended.

Degrassi - JT/Liberty! While I don’t like jiberty’s trope, their chemistry was undeniable and I love their development throughout the series. Still not over the fact that if JT didn’t die, they probably would’ve been the ones getting married in DTM 😭.

riverdale - bughead! i shipped barchie too but these two were always my #1 from the show! the love, support and comfort they gave each other and how good of a team they were I just love them so much!

the vampire diaries - delena! my otp of tvd and #1 otp of all time! their growth, development and journey was just so perfect and beautiful and their chemistry was absolutely beautiful!

the secret circle - cadam! i shipped literally every ship on the show but these two were my otp and they brought out the best in each other and supported and believed in each other they were just amazing together and some people didn't give them a chance and they had insane chemistry and idc who says otherwise they would've been endgame nobody will ever convince me otherwise! they were only together 3 episodes they would've eventually gotten back together!

the 100 - bellarke! their growth and development was just incredible and beautiful and they were so endgame coded and were supposed to be endgame, beliza said it and they had so much chemistry and deserved so much better!

teen wolf - stydia! obviously I ship stalia too and a lot of tw ships but these two have been my otp since the beginning! their buildup and growth and development was amazing and they had incredible chemistry and they are still endgame idc about the movie!

I just wanna say that I do love Eric/Donna. But there is one instance where I’ve seen that practically every one believes Donna was right, and Eric was wrong to be upset. And thats when Donna left Eric waiting for her after the concert for hours. And didn’t even didn’t even feel bad about it, and even said that she shouldn’t have to be sorry. Now while I can agree she shouldn’t feel bad about doing the interview, I do think she should’ve felt bad about keeping him waiting and I think it’s very telling that she didn’t feel bad about that.

Anyways before this ask gets too long, what do you think? Was Eric wrong and Donna right, or was Donna wrong and Eric right?

This particular situation is a little nuanced imo.

Donna definitely wasn't wrong for going to meet Ted Nugent. It was a big opportunity and Eric would've definitely been happy for her.

However, what was wrong, was that Donna didn't let Eric know that she couldn't be there. If she had, I know for sure Eric would've understood, but she didn't say anything.

Not only that, but she legit admitted that she wasn't sorry for ditching him. Donna even goes as far to basically say that open communication only applied to people that are married.

Donna: I didn't ditch you! This was Ted Nugent, this was a huge opportunity for me! So come Monday I don't have to just talk about the farm report, I could talk about the interview. Like an interviewer. Eric: Well, you know what Donna? All I can say is that my Mom would never bail on my dad like that. Donna: Yeah, but their married. Eric: Okay, okay, let's just forget it. You're sorry, everything's fine. Donna: I never said I was sorry. Eric: But, you are right? Donna: I shouldn't have to be.

(Even looking at this makes me mad tbh. Shows Donna's view on relationships.)

Donna literally stands Eric up with no warning, makes excuses, and admits that she isn't sorry.

Basically, Donna was wrong for not telling Eric she couldn't make and for acting like she didn't do anything wrong for standing him up.

My current feelings on the T9S ships (updated)

I made this a few months ago and I thought since s2 is out, I can do this again.

Jay/Leia - I ship them even harder this season than the last because we get to see just how rock solid their relationship is. It’s like how Formciotti was a budding relationship in s1 and in s2, we see them mature. And I love their ‘I love you' arc! It’s so angsty and obstacle filled yet so them! I love how much Jay was willing to do to prove that he's changed. I can easily say that after watching this season that I can’t imagine Jay nor Leia with anyone else.

Gwen/Nikki - Still my otp of otps. I'm so happy to see more scenes of them just like I wanted. Nikki actually gets upset at Gwen for lying and the latter apologizes and is there for her. Their plot in Baby Baby Baby was also SO GOOD. It just proves why Gwen is Nikki's best option. Gwen challenges Nikki to get out of her comfort zone, and take risks. And Nikki is good for Gwen too! I feel like aside from Cole, Nikki really brought out Gwen's soft side this season. I actually have a feeling they'll end up being a thing. I hope they do.

Gwen/Cole - They were so sweet together imo. I loved seeing Gwen navigate a relationship for the first time, and I really like Cole. He’s such a sweetheart and makes Gwen really happy. I hope we see more of them in part 3. This is the only valid het ship for Gwen as far as I’m concerned.

Gwen/Leia - I love their dynamic, but I don’t ship them romantically anymore this season. They had cute moments, but for the most part, that romantic tension was gone this season. I do love seeing their friendship growing stronger and they truly remind me of Jackie and Donna, especially in the episode where Leia gives Gwen relationship advice.

Nikki/Leia - I honestly don’t know. I like how things were handled with them when it came to the Nate shit, and I loved their hug in the premiere 🥰. I'm not exactly in love with Nikki saying that Leia was "clueless" and like "a doll that was wished to life yesterday" (she’s not wrong tho since girlie was sheltered after till '95 😂) and obviously there’s the Nate stuff haha. But I like the bones we got and I think it'll be cool to see more of them in part 3.

Jay/Ozzie - I love their friendship, but I can’t see them romantically anymore, even if I didn’t only see Jay and Leia with each other 😂. I don’t see Ozzie being into Jay tbh, but who knows? Anything can happen.

Ozzie/Etienne - Etienne, you dickhead lol. Him dumping Ozzie through a phone call is so shitty and Ozzie deserves better.

Jay/Nate - Still love them. Even though Jeia is my heart, I still get Janate feels haha. I love how Jay was there for Nate during his breakup with Nikki. One thing about Jay Kelso is unlike his father, he's loyal as fuck haha. I really love their friendship in this season and I can’t wait to see more in part 3. No one gets Nate the way Jay does.

Nate/Leia - At this point, I only want them as Hyde/Donna friendship. Them being a couple at this point imo would make no sense. Both of them admitted it was just a heat of the moment thing and that they want Nikki and Jay. They still have great chemistry tho haha.

Nate/Nikki - I like their storyline a lot better this season. With them finally breaking up, Nate apologizing to Nikki, and their fwb arc. And they were so carefree and happy around one another.

But as a couple, I don’t want them back. It's like, they both are still on different pages when it comes to their futures; and I've talked how I believe that Nikki's current views on her future make them more incompatible so I'm not gonna do that again haha. Plus I feel like if they got back together, all that carefreeness and joy would be gone and they'd go back to constantly fighting.

I much rather them as friends or fwb than them becoming a couple again.

That picture just shows leia and nate sitting like a foot apart and not even looking at each other---I'm hoping we get more neia content than that for the season! I'm also confused because you said you didn't want jeia to break up again and are mad at nate and leia but also want neia to be endgame? You seem to confuse a lot of people so just to get it straight once and for all, which ships do you want to be endgame if a polycule or throuple or whatever isn't in play. And how would you out these ships in order if you couldn't have ties - gwikki, jikki, neia, jeia, gweia, jay/nate (i can't see them as a couple in a million years but know you ship them), nikki/leia. I really think once you rank them people will be less confused by your posts!

As for the Jeia one, on one hand I still have love for them, but the trailer with them really seemed to give later seasons Formciotti. And just in case if the writers go down the path, I started to focus on other ships for Jay because I believe that he deserves more than to be the Eric of the show where he should be "lucky" to be with Leia and that she is the one who can do better.

If I am wrong and Leia was spiraling or Jay really does need to apologize or even she was referring to Nate having to apologize (even then, she’d be taking her anger out on the wrong person), I’d still want them to be together. But due to the pattern with E/D, I have a bad feeling that J/L will become just like them in that aspect and I don’t want that for Jay.

With Neia, they’re a guilty pleasure of mine. I love them, but I also don’t condone how Leia and Nate treated Jay and Nikki in the process. However, I really enjoy their dynamic and the potential to come of it in season 2.

As for endgames, I’d be fine if any of them are endgame, specifically Gwikki and maybe Jeia (since they were my main ships for so long).

For rankings, currently:

1. Nate/Leia (i’m currently in that era, hence why they’re the highest)

2. Jay/Nikki & Gwen/Nikki

3. Jay/Nate (higher than Gwen/Leia only because I’m more deep into them, but to me both are the same)

4. Gwen/Leia

5. Nikki/Leia

6. Jay/Leia

I know it seems weird that Jeia is at the bottom, but right now I’m mad at that and while that’ll probably change when the season comes out, until then I’m mad at her lol.

Nikki/Leia and Jay/Leia are equally like…to me, but I prefer wlw, so that’s why I have Nikkeia higher than Jeia lol.
